Amerityre Makes Zero Pressure Spare TireAmerityre has announced that they are now producing production quality models of their airless spare tire. The tire is said to be good up to 2000 miles, at 50 MPH and are durable enough for moderate sized trucks.
| The tire looks very similar to the Tweel. Amerityre is not the first to test an airless tire, and Michelin will be quick to let the world know who first initiated the airless tire. The tire below is one of Amerityre's spare tires utilizing "zero pressure" (no air) technology.
