| Don't get me wrong, I would rock the BMW 1 Series any day of the week, but there are other cars in its price range that I would rather have filling up a bay in my garage.

All BS aside, the 2006 BMW 1 Series is powered by a 2.5 liter inline six motor. The motor puts out just under 220 horsepower. The 1 Series will be affordable when compared to the other BMW lines, coming in at a MSRP of about 25 large. Will BMW chip into the economy hatchback market? Time will tell... a lot will probably depend on aftermarket modability. |
